Recap of Previous Episode : Tirumilan warns Jarasandha about Krishna’s divine purpose, but Jarasandha vows to destroy him regardless. Krishna rescues his guru’s son from Yamaloka as gurudakshina. In Hastinapura, Dhritarashtra confronts Shakuni about the lac-palace plot. Meanwhile, the Pandavas continue their escape, with Kunti praying for lifelong unity among her sons. Fire Gives Birth: Drishtadyumna and Draupadi Drupada stands amid blazing sacrificial flames, performing fierce penance. From the heart of the fire emerges a warrior—fully armed, radiant, and powerful. Recap of Previous Episode : The court of Hastinapura mourns the Pandavas, though the citizens openly accuse Dhritarashtra of conspiracy until Bhishma intervenes. Drupada's Fire Sacrifice and Jarasandha's Vow : Episode 37

Recap of the Previous Episode : The palace feast ends with Kunti sending the cook-woman and her sons away, but they return secretly to join Purochana’s plan to burn the palace. The Pandavas, aware of the plot, pretend to be drunk while Bhima overpowers the cook and her sons. The palace catches fire, Purochana dies in the flames, and the charred bodies left behind lead everyone to believe the Pandavas have perished. The brothers escape through the tunnel as Hastinapura mourns their death, while Drupada begins a more powerful Yagna to gain children who can avenge his humiliation. Pandavas Escape Lac House Through the Tunnel : Episode 36

Recap of Previous Episode : Drupada secures the help of Yaja and Upayaja to begin a yagna that will yield a son destined to challenge Drona. In Varanavata, Vidura’s agent secretly starts tunneling beneath the lac palace for the Pandavas' escape while they pretend to trust Purochana completely. The Feast and Kunti’s Gifts A grand feast marks the evening. Kunti distributes gifts to all attendees, including Vanjikodi, the tribal cook-woman, and her five sons. She advises them to return home and rest, but the woman insists on staying. Kunti refuses gently, and they leave — only to return secretly to Purochana’s chambers. The Pandavas watch and feel their suspicions harden. Purochana’s Plan Takes Shape Purochana welcomes the cook and her sons back.
