Bhishma, Vidura and Drona turn to Krishna for direction but remain indecisive. Shakuni persuades Duryodhana to travel to Dwaraka and beg for Krishna’s alliance. Arjuna and Duryodhana Arrive at Dwaraka Arjuna reaches Dwaraka and meets his son Abhimanyu. While they are speaking, Duryodhana arrives and rushes inside the palace with urgency. Arjuna Narrates the Battle to His Brothers At their secret nightly meeting, Arjuna recounts the events of the battle with Duryodhana and the Kaurava army. He describes how he takes Prince Uttara to the vanni tree where the Pandavas had earlier hidden their divine weapons. Revealing himself to be Arjuna, he takes up the Gandiva bow, and Brihannala transforms into the mighty warrior the world knows. Arjuna says that when he aimed the Gandiva at Bhishma, the arrow bent in reverence before the grandsire.
